Currently Proposed Rules

  • Commission Rule 350-10 - Legal Descriptions of Urban Areas within the NSA.
  • Commission Rule 350-10 (Final for Hearing) -  This version of the proposed rule incorporates final comments from the U.S. Forest Surveyors and final edits from the Commission's contract surveyors, and the Commission staff.  There are no substantive changes to the angle points and courses; the changes are various formatting requirements for the U.S. Forest Service, renumbering angle points to make them consecutive, and edits to make the legal descriptions more uniform in the terms and phrases in the courses.  This version shows changes from the version published in the Oregon Bulletin and Washington State Register.  Additions are shown in underline; deletions are shown in strike-out text; all changes are highlighted in green for easy spotting. Updated 02/01/2016
