The I-84 Corridor Strategy, adopted in 2005 and updated in 2011, is the framework for the Oregon Department of Transportation to manage and improve the Interstate 84 facilities in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic area in a way that meets National Scenic Area provisions and public safety and transportation needs.
